The ADUSBEF APS (Associazione Per La Difesa Degli Utenti Dei Servizi Bancari E Finanziari) is an association for the social promotion of users and consumers enrolled in the list of associations pursuant to Article 137 of the Consumer Code by order of the MISE of 27/12/2021 published on the website of the Ministry of Economic Development and promotes and ensures also at a preventive level in Article 1 of the Statute "the protection of the rights and interests of consumers and users" including health.

ADUSBEF has supported and devised a considerable amount of complex, high-profile litigation in the exclusive interest of Italian consumers, obtaining important and historic rulings in the Courts of Merit, Legitimacy and before the Constitutional Court.

ADUSBEF is registered in the list of organisations and associations entitled to bring class and collective actions for injunctions maintained by the Ministry of Justice.
